A Few Words About Us

We are serious and passionate about the practice of law. We are therefore serious about you, your case and the solution we offer you.

It does not matter whether you are a member of the public seeking legal help or a practitioner seeking a correspondent we will not disappoint you - we aim to exceed your every expectation of law firm service.

In most litigious cases we charge on the tariffs of either the Magistrates Court or the High Court. In special instances and on your request we may consider attending to your matter in terms of the provisions of the Contingency Fees Act 66 of 1997.

In non litigious matters we charge fees on a time basis in accordance with the guidelines as laid down by the Law Society of the Cape of Good Hope from time to time.
